Induction
Induction is a basic training process. It’s conducted for the fresher to familiar with the site premises and the activities. Basic induction training explains the rules and regulations of the company which are being followed on the site.
Toolbox talk
Toolbox talk is a job specific meeting conducted at spot for the upcoming work methodology, identification of hazard and usage of tools prior to start the work. This meeting period is generally short.
Pep Talk
PEP talk is conducted to pass and receive the general information about the site such as learning from incident or incidence and it encourage candidates to make more efforts or feel more confident.
इंडक्शन
इंडक्शन एक ट्रेनिंग प्रक्रिया है। एक नए कर्मचारी को भर्ती करने पर उनको ट्रेनिंग की व्यवस्था करवाती है। ताकि नए कर्मचारी कंपनी में पूरी तरह से जीवन के साथ जुड़ सके और कार्यों की गतिविधियों को समझ सकें। मुख्यतः इंडक्शन ट्रेनिंग में कंपनी द्वारा किये जाने वाले कार्यों के नियमों को समझाया जाता है ताकि भविष्य में किसी तरह की कोई गलती न हो।
टूलबॉक्स टॉक
टूलबॉक्स टॉक सुरक्षा वार्ता से सम्बंधित एक मीटिंग है जो साइट पर होने वाले खतरों को हटाने के लिए और सुरक्षा सम्बंधित विषयों पर की जाती है। सामान्यतः कार्य शुरू करने से पहले साइट (कार्यस्थल) पर टूलबॉक्स टॉक मीटिंग की जाती है। टूलबॉक्स टॉक मीटिंग की समयावधि आमतौर पर कम ही रखी जाती है।
पेप टॉक
पेप टॉक वह भाषण है जिसका उद्देश्य विश्वास, उत्पादन, सहयोग आदि बढ़ाने के लिए डिज़ाइन की गई व किसी को अधिक प्रयास करने या अधिक आत्मविश्वास महसूस करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है।
